The Residence Inn Jacksonville Baymeadows is located three miles from Avenues Mall, Deerwood Office Park and South Point Office Park. Downtown Jacksonville is ten miles north of the hotel.

All suites feature free high speed Internet access with wireless service available in meeting space and public areas of the hotel. Efficiency styled Studios are large open rooms with either one king bed, one queen bed or two queen beds, full bath and furnished living/dining area. Some studios have a fireplace, patio or sofa sleeper. Penthouse suites are bi-level units with one queen bed and full bath in lofted bedroom and one queen Murphy (pull down) bed, full bath and furnished living room with dining area, fireplace and sofa sleeper on the main level. Some penthouse suites have a separate sleeping area with one king bed on the main level instead of a Murphy bed.

All accommodations have a fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, cooking and eating utensils, dishes and glassware, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with icemaker.
