The Cozy Inn Property Description
All suites, townhouses and apartments are upscale and offer a full kitchen, perfect for families or long stays and within easy walking distance to downtown and the Bayfront area. Located both on the east and west side of San Marco Avenue, The Cozy Inn has fashioned an exclusive and relaxed mixture of accommodations to fit the needs of the wide variety of guests that come to St. Augustine. The sightseeing train passes directly in front of our door and the Inn is within easy walking distance to the tourist attractions and the 300 year old historic district of downtown Saint Augustine.
There is individual parking in front of each unit of Cozy Inn West which is comprised of restored motel rooms in the old Florida motif. Cozy Inn East is made up of two separate styles. The first is a friendly old Victorian home that has been restored and updated to suit today's needs and offers four luxury suites, including the large Honeymoon Suite featuring a hot tub with Champagne air and king size bed. Five townhouse rows make up the second offering which is also rebuilt and modernized for the expectations of today's travelers and includes individual parking in front of each unit.
All of our accommodations are deluxe and premium units each designed with their own special flair. All Suites and Townhouses have fully equipped kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms and baths and many more amenities. All standard motel rooms come with mini fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, dinette, cable TV with HBO, and include local phone service and Internet access. You will appreciate our comfortable and exceptionally clean rooms.
